DANIEL COLLINS
Daniel is an internationally known Certified Sensual Bachata instructor, based in New Jersey, with 14 years of experience teaching at events ranging from local socials to national and international congresses. Daniel loves dancing with people of all levels, so when you hear your favorite song, don't hesitate to ask him to dance!
RVA BACHATA
Rachel and Ruddy, founders of RVA Bachata and Bachata Waves Travel, met on the dance floor and brought their love of music and dancing to Richmond, VA. They have organized dance socials since 2017, DJ'd at regional and national congresses, and began hosting dance events on the high seas in 2022.
DJ ARTISTS
DJ RUDDY RIVERA
Ruddy, originally from Puerto Rico, began dancing at the age of 16. As a co-founder of RVA Bachata, he began DJing in 2017, and has played at local and national congresses, as well as at his own events. His knowledge of Salsa, Bachata, and Latin music in general, has given him the opportunity to DJ alongside some of the top artists in the industry. When not DJ'ing, he enjoys cruising, arm bars, and sleeping in hammocks.
